1. Carpet Evaluation with customer
2. Pre-vacuuming (optional depending on the customers requirements)
3. Pre-conditioning of All Areas To Be Cleaned, not just spot treatment
4. Truck-mounted Hot Water Extraction
5. Additional Spot Treatment & Removal if necessary on stubborn stains
6. Carpet Grooming
7. Post Deodorizing
8. Final Walk-through and Evaluation With Client
The following will assist us in better serving you:
• Pin or secure all drapery a minimum of 1 foot above the carpet.
• Secure all upholstered furniture skirts that may touch the carpet.
• Locate any spots or problems areas you would like our technicians to evaluate
so we may determine the appropriate cleaning process.
• Secure all pets in a safe place. Cleaning can be very stressful for animals so
a quite area is advisable.
